Stepping Foot in Kiwiland

This is Maori for greetings. A little fun fact, the maori tribe is an indigenous tribe to the country of New Zealand. This summer, I was lucky enough to travel to the Land of the Long White Cloud and stay in the city of Auckland. Auckland is one of the greenest and cleanest cities I have ever been to. If you love nature like me, this is the city for you. One place I highly recommend visiting is the Auckland Domain Wintergardens. The garden is full of rare and spectacular plants that can be seen in the two barrel-vaulted Victorian style glass houses. With Auckland having over 50 volcanos, another place to visit is Maungawhau, also known as Mount Eden. This 643 foot crater allows you to view of of Auckland. Finally, the third must do thing in Auckland is walking the Sky Tower. This huge attraction allows you to get a full 360º view of the city and skyscrapers. Auckland is a such a hip and cool city that has so much history behind it. Come visit the Kiwis and you will be in love.
